Here is an update on the methods of referring patients to Hopital Sacre- Coeur that are to be evaluated and/or operated on by visiting surgical teams (check our calendar for dates of these teams): HSC and CRUDEM recommend the referring person send an email with all of the patients you have to refer to Mr. Fitzgerald Michel fitzgral@yahoo.fr and copy Miss Nathalie (in charge of clinics) nathaliedorcin@yahoo.fr and Lumarc lumarcpierre@yahoo.com , Dr. Previl (CEO) haroldprevil@yahoo.fr , Dr. Julmice (medical director) julmicejacques@yahoo.fr , and CRUDEM President Dr. David Butler dgbnorwood@yahoo.com and Mr Michael Maron (Holyname Medical center ‘s CEO ) maron@mail.holyname.org and Tina Greco t-greco@mail.holyname.org . Mr Fitzgerald Michel, Miss Zephyr roseniez@yahoo.com and Mr Lumarc usually respond within 24 hours with an appointment. They will try to arrange one early in the week of the surgical team so that there is time to schedule the patient if surgery is needed and able to be done. If the case is urgent then just call Mr Fitzgerald or Mr Lumarc on their cell phone numbers below. Mr Fitzgerald is also the one to address with requests for reductions in fees due to financial hardship. Dr. Butler also recommends that if they are Gynecology patients, they might come 1 or 2 weeks beforehand to be evaluated by the resident Gynecologists at HSC in order to save some time.
