Gleaning, Volunteers needed by C.R.O.S. (Christians Reaching Out to Society Ministries, Inc)

Gleaning

A grant from United Way has allowed C.R.O.S. to revive gleaning
n Palm Beach County. Gleaning is a biblical initiative that
involves volunteers picking produce from farmers' fields that
have been left from commercial harvesting methods. The food is
distributed through Daily Bread Food Bank to local agencies that
work to feed the hungry in our community.

Volunteers and volunteer groups are needed to glean fields.
Gleaning events are for the most part held on Saturday mornings,
special arrangements will need to be made for other days.
