Logistics Coordinator / Manager, Volunteer needed by US HERO (US Homeland Emergency Response Organization)

Description:

US-HERO is looking for a person to assume the role as our
Logistics Coordinator. This role involves:

Asset management for all US-HERO units
Developing processes and procedures to manage assets
Coordinating logistics during large scale emergencies for
the organization (Hurricane Katrina, for example)

Reports to the Chief's Office of US-HERO.
Person must be able to attend Executive Meetings in Austin, TX twice per month. This is not a virtual opportunity.

Skills:

Experience in logistics or supplies
Ability to use computer systems and databases
