Notes:
Our 2000 square foot recreational/storage building adjacent to our home stood up well in the flood and to the winds and our board of directors welcomed another vital non profit organization into the Hope Haven complex. In February 2006, the Hancock County Food Pantry, who lost their building in the Hurricane as well, moved into the old recreational building and began serving the community with free food and other donated items. The food pantry is serving over 1,000 families every month, who have no other place to go for help, and we are proud of being able to help in this effort.
