notes: Emergency Services Located in the city of Oceanside Social services staff and volunteers provide emergency walk-in services Monday through Friday from 9am until 11:45am and again from 1pm until 3:45pm; services are unavailable on the first Friday of each month. Volunteer intake workers provide basic assessments, referrals, and basic needs services to clients requesting assistance. Services provided may include non-perishable food assistance, clothing vouchers, transportation vouchers or tokens, and assistance with identification cards, among other services.
