A dynamic, hands-on organization, Community Resource Group (CRG) works in rural areas to expand the opportunities for families to build assets, improve their lives, and strengthen their communities. Our work focuses on the basics: safe drinking water, affordable housing, employment transportation, and access to credit. For more than thirty years, CRG has successfully crafted innovative solutions and programs across the southern United States, giving rural communities and hardworking families a hand in building a better future. Community Resource Group is headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and currently serves the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. CRG works to create asset-building opportunities for low-income families through: • affordable new home construction, • home improvement lending, • resident ownership of manufactured home parks, • reliable, and affordable, used cars for families moving from welfare to work, and • affordable home mortgage lending and origination.
