Clatsop County is offering a limited number of self-contained “Heater Meals” and blankets to the public Monday, Dec. 22 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Office Nehalem Valley Substation at 79532 Highway 202 in Jewell. On Tuesday, Dec. 23, the county and American Red Cross will offer meals, coffee and a place to get warm at Jewell School at 83874 Highway 103.
