Crews will monitor these areas and will be dispatched immediately to close the streets if they flood. City officials are asking for the public's assistance in identifying other flooded streets or intersections. The public can call (503) 823-1700 to report a particular location, and we're told crews will be dispatched to that location as soon as possible. "The public is advised to obey street closures and barricades to protect life and property," the Portland Bureau of Transportation reports. "Motorists who ignore street closures and drive through barricades face a $360 fine.
