This team will work on the following….. ■Hire a team of an additional 100 Haitian people as crew chiefs, laborers, etc. ■In addition to the work performed this will stimulate the local economy ■It will also give the people something that they can do to respond to their desperate situation ■Have three fully functioning clinic rooms providing medical care six days each week ■We need adequate medical supplies (listed separately) ■We need medical personnel (listed separately) ■Complete our first refugee camp with additional toilets, bathing facilities, more tent style dwellings, more complete security, food and water source ■Open two other refuge camps; one in Lacquil and the second in Fauche – each with security, latrines, dwellings, food and water. ■Open a case file on all 800 children in our three school programs, determining their specific situations •What are the long term response plans from Mission E4? ◦Rebuild our orphanage ■We will need to increase the number of orphans we are caring for dramatically ◦Complete our school buildings at all three locations ■Each school location providing a hot meal each day to each child ■Providing clothing and school books ■Provide education ■Providing an easier avenue for each child to receive medical aid and other disaster response ◦Complete our kitchens at all three locations ◦Begin to rebuild communities moving the refugees back into more permanent housing. •How much money does Mission E4 need to raise to provide this disaster response? ◦The following are preliminary and general numbers. Ours just happens to be one of them.
