Donation Center Volunteer
This is to staff the donation center at the new Public Works building at 542 NE Berry St in Sublimity. We are no longer receiving donations at Anthony Hall.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL DONATION CENTER VOLUNTEERS: We are only accepting items that are on the Items Need tab of the SignUpGenius, except for some pre-arranged loads from partners. You will be notified if a pre-arranged load is coming (usually).
Use your best judgement when accepting a load. For example, if someone collected items that were asked for last week, and are no longer on the list, we will gladly accept them.
Things we cannot accept: Used clothing, used mattresses, used car seats and cribs, stuffed toys without the original tag, and furniture.

As volunteers, your role is to organize donations and help SIT Mobile assemble care packages for families. NOTE: We won’t be taking walk-ins. All families will be qualified by the SIT Mobile team before receiving goods and services.
We have expanded our hours, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 4 PM Saturday. We are no longer open Sundays. And we are not longer accepting donations at Anthony Hall. Donations are now received at the new Public Works building at 542 NE Berry St in Sublimity.

We've expanded to include a new store at the Gates Community Church. Our goal is to serve the families in the canyon where they are, and as evacuated families move back we need to be there.
Each time slot has a specific role and job descriptions are listed!
Store Hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Saturday. Volunteers are asked to park in the back parking lot and visit the Volunteer Check-In table 5 minutes before your shift to connect with Kara or your LEAD!

Please read the following, and continue to scroll down for a detailed list of needed items.
You can sign up for the total number of items needed, or enter a quantity that you are able to provide.
Each day our inventory is reassesed and our list is updated. If your name is no longer under an item, do not worry, we have recieved your notification and have simply updated the list to reflect the quantity we still need. This simply allows for a more concise and streamlined list.
PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER THE QUANTITY YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR.
If you wish to donate funds, please go to www.santiamhospital.org and look for the Wildfire Relief Fund donate button. 100% of the proceeds go to families impacted by the Santiam Canyon Wildfires.
ALSO, WE ARE ALWAYS ACCEPTING GAS CARDS, PRE-PAID DEBIT CARDS, AND GIFT CARDS!

Pastoral and Spiritual Counselling Signup
This signup is for pastors, priests, and other spiritual councellors to sign up at Anthony Hall. We have a small building dedicated to councelling families impacted by the wildfires. We see this as an essential need for our community.
Please contact Pastor Ron Randall of Stayton Christian Church at 503.580.9367 or ronscc@wvi.com before volunteering and signing up.
