April 13, 2011 - As the emotional and spiritual needs of a nation mount, pastors in Japan have asked the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to translate their grief and crisis training to help expedite the healing process.
The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team exists to provide emotional and spiritual care to those who are walking through their darkest days. We have a nationwide database of trained chaplains who are ready to deploy at a moment’s notice in response to natural and man-made disaster. We also offer training to those who wish to bring comfort to their own communities.
Chaplain — An experienced FBI, police, fire, or military chaplain or a Christian counselor, hospice worker, pastor, or ministry leader trained in crisis intervention or chaplaincy training
