Mission of Hope has been in Haiti since 1998, and we plan on staying. We need your donations and support to help rebuild Haiti, and provide hope.
----------------------------------
Currently, the Hospital of Hope consists of an outpatient clinic, mobile clinic, prosthetics lab, and a community health program. We are also in the process of expanding the hospital facility, which will allow us to have a surgical unit and 24 hour emergency room.
Common illnesses that are treated at the clinic are malnutrition, malaria, anemia, gastritis, and high blood pressure to list a few. There are many that have injuries and open sores that if not treated could cost them their lives. Daily the Clinic of Hope staff members are saving lives that would have been lost without their help.

Currently, the Hospital of Hope consists of an outpatient clinic, mobile clinic, prosthetics lab, and a community health program. We are also in the process of expanding the hospital facility, which will allow us to have a surgical unit and 24 hour emergency room.
Clinic of Hope
At the Clinic of Hope we typically treat between 70-100 people each day. Daily our medical team of Haitian doctors, pharmacists, lab techs, and nurses are there to serve the people of Haiti. We are able to provide quality medical and dental care to many unreached communities that have no other access. We also operate one of the only ambulances in Haiti, which expands our ability to serve, particularly in trauma situations. The clinic is equipped with a pharmacy, lab, dentist facility, urgent care center, and operating room.
Mobile Clinic
Many people that are in Haiti are unable to travel to the Clinic of Hope due to distance, sickness, and/or finances. With our mobile teams we are taking the clinic to them, by leading teams into the mountains and remote areas.
Prosthetics Lab
After the devastating earthquake in 2010, Mission of Hope began a prosthetics lab to help the many amputees throughout Haiti. At this facility, patients receive prosthetic limbs as well as much needed physiotherapy. To learn more, please visit our prosthetics page.
Community Health Program
The goal of the community health program is to educate Haitian communities about healthcare. Many community health sessions focus on proper hygiene methods, to help prevent the spread of sickness and disease. Doctors and nurses also teach simple home treatments for minor health issues, as well as educate the community on which symptoms require advanced medical attention.

mission: Imagine that you are born in a small hut with no running water, no electricity, no bathroom. Imagine that your mother has 5 children and no job. You have never met your father. If you eat, it is one meal a day. If you get sick there is no health care that your family can afford. You have a 60% chance of starting school, a 45% chance of making it to the 6th grade and only a 15% chance of graduating from High School. If you are one of the lucky ones who finish High School there is a very slim possibility that you will be able to afford college and there are few good jobs for you unless you have a college degree.
This is the grim reality that most people in Haiti are faced with daily. The people of Haiti are not dumb or lazy. They don't want to be illiterate, or not go to school. They just need a Hand. They need Hope. That is what God called us to. He has called us to give Hope to the Nation of Haiti. We are doing that through the School, Church, Orphanage, and Hospital. Lives are being transformed, children are finishing school and being rescued from the streets.
Why is there a need for Team of Hope?
There are still 400,000 children without parents in Haiti. These children are left alone to fend for themselves on the streets.
* There are still over 17,000 children in our area that will never go to school. They have healthy minds but no money for school.
* There are still thousands that don't know the love, peace, forgiveness, and hope found in Jesus.
* 1 out of 5 children will die before the age of five.
Church of Hope
The Church of Hope is open to whosoever desires to come together to worship God and learn more about having an intimate, life-changing experience with Him. Over 600 children, youth and adults come from nearby villages to attend Sunday Morning Worship service!
Vision: To lead people into loving God more deeply and to love others more.
Mission: To be a place for the hurting to find healing through the Body of Christ. To be a place of making disciples so that the church will be the hands and feet meeting the needs of it's community.
School of Hope

Future plans include moving to a larger facility that can house and minister to even more children. To see more photos of the Hope House children visit our Photo Gallery link.
The Village of Hope project is a dream that is becoming reality in 2008! Construction is underway on the first 16 houses. Once the Village of Hope is completed the Hope House will be able to care for 240 children in 40 homes! There are also plans for a sports facility, learning center and dining hall for the Village of Hope. Thank you to the many churches, businesses and individuals that have donated time, materials and funding for the project!
Vision: To take in children society has given up on and give them hope for the future.
Mission: Provide a loving, Godly home for these children. To give food, housing, health care, education and discipleship so that they will grow into Godly people of influence in Haiti.

* Clinic open 5 days a week seeing an average of 60 patients per day
