Since the earthquake occurred east of 11, NPO corporation CFF in Japan, the Philippines / emergency personnel to return home was being finished the work camp in Malaysia, CFF as determine the course of Japan, April 08, last Sun at last four days before the 11th, we sent the two affected areas in Miyagi Prefecture as the advance party.The 16th meeting held on the site investigation report, many people attended us.
Survey by the advance team, currently stand on the following course of action.
(1) NPO CFF Policy Institute of Japan to support the affected areas (reviewed in mid-May)
1. Engaged in activities to support the rehabilitation of people affected areas.
2. To work with the members.
3. Continue to operate over a year.
4. CFF as Japan has no experience in support activities in the affected areas, do not overdo it because it can start.
5. Such activities may be, it will put a view to gradually expanding its activities.
(2) Summary of Activities (first stage)
In the first phase of activities until mid-May, do as follows.
Dispatched to affected areas one to the staff, the staff sent the disaster volunteer center in the affected area (from VC) we dive in cooperation with the public and disaster affected areas in VC shelter volunteer coordination and complement in an unbroken conduct a survey of needs.
CFF from Japan Tokyo office, volunteer at least once a week, to send in about 2 nights 4 nights.
Volunteers are oysters, mud activities to the elderly and children snuggle rubble removal (activity) is carried out.
Stable - hopefully a soup kitchen three activities, support materials, as well as needs assessment done by volunteers.
As a volunteer in the field of logistics, procurement of goods, financing, and other information gathering activity, and the Secretariat is going to go volunteer.

3/11 に発生した東日本大震災以降、NPO法人CFFジャパンでは、フィリピン/マレーシアで開催中だったワークキャンプを終えた職員が緊急帰国して、 CFFジャパンとしての方針を決定、ようやく先日４月8日～11日までの４日間、先遣隊として２名を宮城県の被災地に派遣いたしました。 3 / Since the earthquake occurred east of 11, NPO corporation CFF in Japan, the Philippines / emergency personnel to return home was being finished the work camp in Malaysia, CFF as determine the course of Japan, April 08, last Sun at last four days before the 11th, we sent the two affected areas in Miyagi Prefecture as the advance party. また、16日には 現地調査についての報告会を開催し、多くの方々にご参加いただきました。 The 16th meeting held on the site investigation report, many people attended us.
先遣隊による調査の結果、現在のところ、以下のような活動方針を立てています。 Survey by the advance team, currently stand on the following course of action.
（１）NPO法人CFFジャパンの被災地支援の基本方針（5月中旬に再検討）
(1) NPO CFF Policy Institute of Japan to support the affected areas (reviewed in mid-May)
1. 被災地の人たちを復興をサポートする活動を行う。
1. Engaged in activities to support the rehabilitation of people affected areas.
2. 会員とともに活動する。
2. To work with the members.
3. 1年以上活動を継続する。
3. Continue to operate over a year.
4. CFFジャパンとしては被災地での支援活動経験がないため、無理をせずできることからはじめる。
4. CFF as Japan has no experience in support activities in the affected areas, do not overdo it because it can start.
5. できうる活動からはじめ、徐々に活動を拡大していくことを視野にいれる。

（２）活動概要（第一段階）
(2) Summary of Activities (first stage)
５月中旬までで第一段階の活動としては、下記のようなことを行います。 In the first phase of activities until mid-May, do as follows.
1. 1名スタッフを被災地に派遣し、派遣されたスタッフは被災地において災害ボランティアセンター（以降VC）と協働していきながら、災害VCで補い切れていないボランティアコーディネーションや被災地市民や避難所でのニーズ調査を行う。
Dispatched to affected areas one to the staff, the staff sent the disaster volunteer center in the affected area (from VC) we dive in cooperation with the public and disaster affected areas in VC shelter volunteer coordination and complement in an unbroken conduct a survey of needs.
2. CFFジャパン東京事務局から、ボランティアを週1回程度、2泊～4泊程度で派遣する。
CFF from Japan Tokyo office, volunteer at least once a week, to send in about 2 nights 4 nights.
3. ボランティアは、泥かき、がれき撤去や子どもたちお年寄りに寄り添う活動（アクティビティ）を実施する。
Volunteers are oysters, mud activities to the elderly and children snuggle rubble removal (activity) is carried out.
4. １～３の活動が安定していけば炊き出し、物資支援、ニーズ調査などもボランティアで行う。
Stable - hopefully a soup kitchen three activities, support materials, as well as needs assessment done by volunteers.
5. 現場のボランティア活動の後方支援として、物品の調達、資金の調達、情報収集活動などを、事務局及び、ボランティアが行って行く。
As a volunteer in the field of logistics, procurement of goods, financing, and other information gathering activity, and the Secretariat is going to go volunteer.
（３）ボランティア派遣のスケジュール（第一段階）

• 第一回：4月22日（金）～24日（日）３日間
First •: April 22 (Fri) 24 (Sun) 3 days
• 第二回：4月29日（金）～5月1日（日）3日間

• 第三回：5月2日（水）～5月5日（木）4日間
Third •: Saturday, May 02 (Wednesday) May 5 (Thursday) for 4 days
• 第四回：5月5日（日）～5月8日（日）4日間
Fourth •: May 5 (Sunday) - May 8 (Sun) 4 days

＊仙台駅までは駐在のCFFジャパン職員が車で送迎予定。
* CFF will be stationed in Sendai Station by car shuttle Japan officials. 人数が多いようであれば市バスを利用。 If you use the city as many people.
＊自家用車で直接現地集合も可。
* Also available directly from the local car collection. 集合場所は東松島ボランティアセンター。
Matsushima Azuma gathered at the Volunteer Center.
＊基本的に、CFFとしては上記のスケジュール以外では派遣しない。
