Founded in 2002, Cradles to Crayons (C2C) is an innovative nonprofit that provides, free of charge, disadvantaged children with the essential items that all kids need in order to flourish.

How does it work?

* New and gently-used children’s goods come to our “Giving Factory” warehouse by way of donations from families and individuals, corporations, and products drives held by community groups.
* Volunteers come to our warehouse to inspect, sort, and package all donations into “C2C KidPacks,” individualized packages of essential children’s items ordered for specific in-need kids.
* Our socials service agency partners place orders for the children they serve. Once an order is filled, the requesting partner picks up the KidPacks from the Giving Factory and distributes them directly to the children they were ordered for.

When you donate to Cradles to Crayons, you know that you are helping the children in your community who need it most.

With 37,000 square feet of space, we will be able to double the number of packages we distribute from 45,000 to 90,000 in the next three to five years.

We try to make it easy and convenient for you to donate children's goods. Our permanent drop-off sites are listed below. For a list of our Summer Community Drives, please visit our drives page.

We are no longer collecting donations at our warehouse in Quincy. Our New Giving Factory in Brighton is open for donations and our hours are:
Please note that we will be closed July 1st through the 4th for the holiday weekend and will be unable to accept donations at our warehouse in Brighton.
