mission: -> Disaster Response During times of disaster or crisis, BGCT serves Texas Baptists in various capacities. At the onset of a disaster the BGCT serves as an information network; gathering and disseminating vital information to our churches. The BGCT also facilitates connections with our Baptist partners such as Texas Baptist Men, Buckner, Baptist Child and Family Services, as well as others. Our BGCT staff including the Field Coordinator for Disaster Response, Congregational Strategists, Church Starters and Missions, Evangelism and Ministry Administration work directly with the churches and associations to assess and network resources for those affected as needed.
