NOTE: As in all disasters, the needs for communities ravaged by catastrophe change very quickly. Sometimes from hour to hour or day to day. Supplies are moving out and being delivered very quickly. Just because you are seeing a list of needs doesn't mean something hasn't changed since this record was last updated. It is HIGHLY recommended that you CALL AHEAD to confirm the CURRENT needs which will save you a lot of time, energy and cost ultimately by verifying in advance.

The below list is for many different cities and states collecting in kind donations for Joplin. WATCH THE DATES of collection and fundraising events:
* Columbia: Heart of Missouri United Way is sponsoring a United for Joplin fundraising event Thursday, May 26 at the Museao Building (3500 Buttonwood Drive, Columbia, MO 65201)
* Arnold: Rock Community Fire Protection District’s Ladies Auxiliary (3749 Telegraph Rd. Arnold, Mo, 63010) is collecting items for those devastated in the recent Joplin tornado. The items they are requesting are items such as non-perishable food, blankets, and bedding, toiletries such as soap and shampoo and toys for children. Hours for drop-off are 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Thursday May 26th.
* Ava: The Ava branch of Drury University is a designated drop-off location for food and supplies. Donations will be accepted 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through Thursday, May 26.
* Bolivar: Freshwater Church (4745 S. 131st Road., Bolivar, MO) is collecting bottled water and non-perishable food items to deliver to Joplin. Donations can be dropped off on the church porch until 10 a.m.
* Bolivar: Bolivar High School FFA is collecting bottled water and diapers. Donations can be dropped off at the high school. For more information, call 326-5228.
* Bolivar: Bolivar Schools will collect items from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday), 1-5 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Bolivar Middle School gymnasium/field house. Items requested include: bottled water, cleaning supplies, trash bags, baby supplies (formula, diapers, wipes), non-perishable food items, pet supplies, personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.), new, unopened packages of socks, underwear, and T-shirts, extension cords, and first-aid kits.
* Bolivar:Ray Becker, manager at Subway in Bolivar, announced that a portion of sales from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday would be donated to Convoy of Hope for the tornado recovery effort in Joplin. All customers who bring in a canned good will receive a free cookie as well.
* Bolivar: The Bolivar Church of Christ (401 S. Killingsworth Ave.) will be a drop-off point for anyone who would like to donate to relief efforts in the Joplin area. Items will be accepted until Tuesday, May 31. Donated items will be delivered to Joplin on Wednesday, June 1. Donations will be accepted from 1 to 4 p.m. today (Wednesday) through Saturday at the church and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Items needed include non-perishable items such as manual can openers, paper goods, crackers, peanut butter, canned goods, tuna and canned chicken, new blankets, over-the-counter medications, baby supplies, cleaning supplies and bottled water. * Branson: Simply Red Salonspa will be accepting all donations for the Joplin Tornado Relief effort and in turn offering each person that donates (whether it be financially or by bringing in needed items) a discount on their next service.
* Buffalo: Buffalo Community Farmers Market will be collecting donations to take to Joplin this Tuesday (5/24/2011) and next Tuesday (5/31/2011) in the Pet Center (Hunte) parking lot during farmers market hours (2-6 p.m.).
* Camdenton: The Children's Learning Center (located behind the Taco Bell) will be accepting new or gently used children and adult clothing, unopened underwear & socks, baby items, household linens, toiletries, toys, school supplies, etc.
* Carthage: Innovative Industries, Inc. (421 W Centennial, Carthage, MO) is collecting clothes, soap, diapers, formula, tooth paste & brushes, blankets, etc Items can be dropped off 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. all week, and will be delivered as needed.
* Cassville: Donations are being collected at the First Christian Church (905 Old Exeter Road) tomorrow (5/24) from 6:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. taking donations.
* Chadwick: Chadwick FFA is collecting blankets, gently used clothing, hygiene products (shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, etc.), sandwich bags, canned food (pop-top preferably), bottled water, diapers, peanut butter, individually packaged snack foods, pet food, razors, socks, underwear, baby food/formula, any baby supplies, washcloths, towels, flashlights, batteries, tarps and leather work gloves. Items can be dropped off at the Chadwick Ag Department or at Kay's Country Store.
* Clever: Donations are being accepted at Tippie's Pizza.
* Columbia: Check Please (1301 Vandiver Square Ste B, Columbia, MO) is a drop off/collection point for the Joplin Tornado Relief. Please feel free to drop off water, non-perishable foods, blankets, clothes, hygiene items, and any other supplies that might be needed. Open 9-5:30 Mon-Fri; 10-1 on Saturday.
* Columbia: MEM is having a blood drive on Thursday, May 26 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.
* Columbia: All profits from "Too Epic for Facebook" at the Berlin Theater (220 N. 10th St.) on Saturday, May 28 will be donated to the Red Cross of Joplin.
* Columbia: The Callaway Bank will be collecting clothing donations at their Columbia locations for Joplin tornado relief.
* Columbia: Drop off food, toiletries, blankets, cleaning supplies, etc at Socket's office at 2703 Clark Ln in Columbia.
* Columbia: D'Rowe's is partnering with The Food Bank For Central & Northeast Missouri to collect hygiene items and bottled water for the victims of Sunday's tornado. Items will be collected from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, May 28 in the D'Rowe's parking lot.
* Columbia: VA Mortgage Center is collecting donations at its main office on Chapel Hill.
* Columbia: The Center for Family Policy & Research (1400 Rock Quarry Road, Entrance 6) is collecting infant formula, diapers and wipes, baby bottles, sippy cups, food for infants and toddlers, stuffed animals, children's books, baby/toddler/preschool clothess and toys, bottled water, crib sheets and blankets, latex gloves, paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils. Hours for drop-off are 5/24-5/26 from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 5/27 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
* Columbia: Blue Ridge Christian Church in Columbia is asking for and accepting donations for the people of Joplin. Their biggest need is bottled water, fruit, baby formula, breakfast bars and basic toiletries. The first of many deliveries will be Thursday (5/26) at 9 a.m.
* Columbia: Operation Give: COMO Cares will be collecting for the Salvation Army of Joplin at the Sears Parking Lot at the Columbia Mall on 5/28 from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Items to donate include bottled water, toiletries, new clothes, new blankets, diapers, formula, hand sanitizer and wipes.
* Columbia: A United for Joplin benefit concert will be held at Whitmore Recital Hall on 6/2 from 7-10 p.m. For more information, please check out the Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=112034408883541.
* Crane: First Baptist Church, Crane on HWY 413 will be a fundraising drop-off place for the Crane community. Please drop-off your check or cash that you would like to contribute toward helping Joplin tornado victims. Please make checks payable to “Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief”. The church office is open to receive donations Monday-Friday 8 am to 12 noon. The money that is received will go to Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief.
* Crystal City: Crystal City Wine Cellar (102 Mississippi Ave.) is collecting donations, non-perishable food items, bottled water, clothing, first aid kits, pet supplies, etc. Hours for donation are Friday and Saturday (5/27-5/28) between 6 p.m. and 1 a.m.
* Dixon: The Dixon Country Mart (508 E 5th St., Dixon, MO 65459) will be collecting donations.
* Eldon: A Joplin Student Fund has been set up at Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks to benefit the students of the Joplin R-8 School District. Any monetary donations can be mailed to the Eldon Central Bank location at 611 East North Street, Eldon, MO 65026.
* Excelsior Springs: Colony Plaza (404 E. St. Louis Ave, Excelsior Springs, Mo 64024) will be taking donations and taking them to Joplin. Items to contribute include bottled water, diapers, baby clothing, bottles, and premixed formula.
* Fenton: Impact Team International is holding a Relief Drive in Fenton, MO. Drop off times are 9-5 at Solid Rock Ministries, 899 Gravois Road, Fenton, MO 63026-4037, phone number (636) 343-3800. * Grandview: The Grandview Animal Hospital (1006 Main Street, Grandview, MO 64030) is collecting cash, pet food and pet supplies starting 5/23.
* Harrisonville: The Harrisonville School District and the Harrisonville Chamber of Commerce are working together to collect donations to take to Joplin, Missouri. The list of items includes toiletries, canned food, water, towels, blankets, formula, diapers, wipes, and clothing. Items may be dropped off any at school building in the district or the Chamber of Commerce office. School building drop-off hours are 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at Cass Career Center, Harrisonville High School, and Harrisonville Middle School and 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at McEowen Elementary School, Harrisonville Elementary School, and Harrisonville Early Childhood Center. The Chamber office is open 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

* Imperial: Meramec "Arnold" Elks 2372 (1515 Miller Road, Imperial, Missouri 63052) is holding a food and supply drive. Hours for drop-off are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through Friday, May 27th.
* Independence: VFW Post 1000 (1002 E 24 Highway, Independence, MO) is coordinating a drive for supplies.
* Independence/Liberty: All the Subway restaurants in Independence Missouri, and the Subway in the Liberty Walmart are taking all types of donations. Clothing of all sizes, shoes, toys, bedding, blankets, toiletries, canned food, fruit, water, etc. They will continue to collect until Friday morning. * Jefferson City: Project SNaP (Spay, Neuter and Protect) is collecting pet related donations for the displaced animals from the Joplin tornado. Items in need are cleaning supplies for the pets and the kennels; dry and wet pet food, milk replacer, etc.; cat litter, small animal cage shavings; crates, beds, towels, sheets, blankets, rugs, etc; and leashes and collars. East side drop off is 335 Tomahawk Road (just of E. McCarty near Daisy Delight). West side drop off is 304 Troy Street (near Binder lake off Country Club and Rainbow).
* Joplin: Any helpful donations will be accepted at Freaky Tiki Tattoo (1303 W. 7th Street, Joplin, MO 64801).
* Joplin: Cycle Connection Harley Davidson has set up a donation distribution area in the HOG Room.
* Joplin: Tide Loads of Hope and Duracell Truck will be open to the public beginning Thurs. at the Walmart on 7th St in Joplin, MO. The Duracell truck has power stations that enable people to charge devices and use PC's to communicate to their families they are safe (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.). Tide Loads of Hope is a mobile laundromat that washes 300 loads a day!
* Kansas City: KMBC is holding a telethon tonight for relief efforts. For more information, visit www.kmbc.com.
* Kansas City: Bishop Miege High School (5041 Reinhardt Drive, Roeland Park, KS 66205-1599) is partnering with KCTV-5 to collect supplies for rescue workers helping in Joplin. They're camped out in front of the school for convenient drop-off of donations. Bottled water, granola bars, and work gloves are all excellent items to donate. Donations will be accepted until 8 p.m. tonight (5/23) and 5 p.m. tomorrow (5/24).
* Kansas City: A donation drive is being organized at the NAIC in Kansas City, MO. Clothes, shoes, blankets, toys, water, food and money are being collected.
* Kansas City: Sport Clips locations will be collecting goods and supplies for their Joplin sister locations. The first donations will be delivered Wednesday.
* Kansas City: Plato's Closet in Kansas City MO (8405 N. Mercier Ave Kansas City MO 64155) will be collecting Care Kits for Heart to Heart.
* Kansas City: The Lesbian and Gay Community Center of Greater Kansas City (LGCCKC) will be taking donations of non-perishable food, water, toiletries, and other necessities. For information on dropping off donations, we can be contacted at lgcckcinfo@gmail.com.
* Kansas City: Spin! Pizza (http://www.spinpizza.com/) is donating to the relief effort for Joplin by MATCHING whatever donation you add to your check when dining with them between now & Friday (up to $2,500). All donations will be sent to Heart to Heart International (http://hearttoheart.org/).
* Kansas City: People can drop off items for Joplin tornado relief at 9215 Ward Parkway, KC, MO (Junior League Headquarters) by 8:30pm Wednesday and they will be delivered to Joplin on Thursday.
* Kansas City: Plato's Closet (Barry Road location in Kansas City) is collecting Care Kits for Heart to Heart. Care kits can be dropped off at all three area Plato's Closet locations. They are looking for: shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, hand towels, bottle water, etc.
* Kansas City: A donation drop-off is located at Gashland United Methodist Church (7715 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64118). Donations can include personal hygiene products, baby formula, baby wipes and water. The dop-off begins tomorrow (5/24) at 6 p.m. until late Wednesday or Thursday morning.
* Kansas City: The Cold Stone Creamery locations at Zona Rosa and Independence are drop-off points for the Plato's Closet truck.
* Kansas City: KRBZ will be holding an on-air donations drive Wednesday (5/25) morning.
* Kansas City: Crosstown Station will be hosting "Midcoast Cares: A Benefit for Joplin" on Wednesday, June 1 from 7 - 10 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to Heart to Heart Disaster Relief. * Kansas City: The Kansas City Chiefs will be collecting donations of bottled water from noon to 7 p.m. today (5/24) and 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. tomorrow (5/25) in Arrowhead Stadium Lot C.
* Kansas City: Ibex Climbing Gym (801 NW South Outer Rd, Blue Springs, MO 64108) is collecting items to help out the Joplin area. Items include: flashlights, batteries, blankets, hygiene products, band-aids, water, infant formula/diapers. Additionally, the Ibex managers will be collecting cash donations that will go to the Joplin Tornado Relief Fund that was set up by the Heart of Missouri United Way.
* Kansas City: Rush Trucking will be shuttling supplies between KC and Joplin, so items can be dropped off at their headquarters (5000 Stilwell St., Kansas City, Mo 64120) Items being collected: bottled water, sleeping bags, extension cords, household batteries of all types, diabetic friendly snacks, denture glue, water, tarps, nails, hammers, staple guns that don't require paper, staples, diapers, feminine hygiene items, toilet paper, paper towels, pillows, blankets and things to sleep on. NO CLOTHING at this time please.
* Kirksville: The drop off location for supplies for Joplin is at The Crossing Church (810 E. Shepherd, Kirksville, MO 63501). Items will be accepted from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday (5/24) and 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Wednesday.
* Lake St. Louis: Items will be collected at Coupons for Military Overseas (115 Cedar Point Place, Apt 14, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367). Items being collected include water (individual bottles, gallons and up), generators (if loaned, please have owner's contact info in permanent marker), gas cans to start generators, extension cords, first aid kits, clothing, non-perishable canned goods, toiletries, all baby items including diapers, formula (sensitive formula for colic is very important), wipes, etc.
* Lee's Summit: The Peanut in Downtown Lee's Summit will be serving as a drop site for donations to help the community of Joplin after the disaster they have endured. They are in need of bottled water, baby items (formula, diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets) They are in need of canned goods with flip lids as well as other non perishable food items, they have also specifically requested first aid items as well as personal hygiene items like soaps and shampoos.

* Lee's Summit: Finishings for Her (312 SW Main St) will be donating 5% of our proceeds on Friday, May 27th and Sat. May 28th to the Heart of Missouri United Way. They will also be accepting the following donations ALL WEEKEND: Diapers, feminine hygiene products, bottled water, canned foods, paper products, batteries and household tools.
* Leeton: Leeton Christian Church is taking donations of diapers, wipes, baby clothes, etc. They will be delivering items on June 11.
* Liberty: The Corner Bar (200 E Kansas, Liberty, MO 64068) is a donation drop-off point. Items to donate include cleaning supplies (all-purpose cleaner, plastic buckets, disinfectants), bottled water, ready-to-eat food, first aid supplies, formula, diapers, baby food, pet supplies, children's items and small toys, over-the-counter medication etc.
* Malden: Landmark Pentecostal Church will be collecting donations to deliver on Friday.
* Marshfield: The Marshfield Child Development Center (220 South Elm Street, Marshfield, MO 65706) is collecting needed supplies and donations.
* Maryville: Campus Christian House (across the street from the university) is accepting donations till midnight tonight.

* Moberly: The Randolph County Democrats have organized a supply drive on Wednesday 5/25 at 8 a.m., in the Sears lot on Morley Street. They are are accepting factory sealed food items (potato chips, crackers, pop top canned goods, baby food – NO packaged meat or items that need to be refrigerated), small amounts of clothing, blankets, pillows, day to day toiletries (tooth brush, deodorant, toilet paper), diapers, etc.
* Monett: Monett is collecting donations throughout the next month. Drop-off sites are Mocha Jo's Coffeehouse, WinTech (window company), St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Ozark Christian Church, Countryside Christian Church, Liberty United Methodist Church, 1st Presbyterian Church and Fundamental Methodist. There will also be a FUNDRAISING concert on June 18 at Harvest Church in Aurora from 7-10 p.m. Bands include: Amy Sampson, Saving Silence, Hell's Enemy, and maybe Consumed by Fire.
* Mountain Grove: A semi trailer will be set up Tuesday morning at 8:00am until noon on Thursday for donations for the folks in need in Joplin. It will be set up at Farm Credit Services parking lot, between Oriental Hut and Town and Country Bank. Any and all donated items will be greatly appreciated! They need baby items, personal care items, clothing, blankets, water and canned goods.
* Neosho: The First Baptist Church is collecting donations (12325 East Highway 86) for Joplin relief. Checks can be made payable to First Baptist Neosho with "Joplin Relief" in the memo. Donations of new/packaged underwear and socks (kids and adults), children's stuffed animals and board games, and new towels, hygiene items and toiletries.

* Nixa: Doggie Style's will be doing a Doggie Dip for Donations. With all money going to Joplin Tornado victims, we will give your dog a flea dip. Saturday May 28, 8:00 - 1:00 at 308 W South, right next door to the Post Office.
* Nixa: Nixa General Baptist Church (1011 N Main St, behind Casey's at Aldersgate and Main) will be accepting nonpershiable food, water, clothes, and personal hygiene products from 6-8 p.m. each day this week.
* Ozark: GameWerks in Ozark (521 N. 21st Street Ozark, Mo 65721) will have a box set up by the front door for donations and is offering 20% off any purchase to anyone who donates an item for the victims until Sunday May 29, 2011.
* Parkville/Kansas City: Northland Auto Body and Tow (64th and Chattham off 29 Hwy) is collecting blankets, bottled water, toiletries, canned goods, radios, tarps, flash lights, batteries and clothing. Drop off times are May 23 3-5pm and May 24-27 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Pattonsburg: The Pattonsburg FFA chapter will be collecting donations for the Joplin tornado relief.
* Perryville: There will be a "Stuff the Truck" event on Friday 5/27. Donations being accepted include bottled water, cleaning supplies, baby supplies, plywood, tarps, flashlights, batteries, blankets, sleeping bags, sunscreen and of course, cash donations.
* Potosi: 1st Baptist Church (10479 St Hwy P) is collecting items to be taken down to Joplin. There is a trailer park by the flag pole in the parking lot to load things in. Main needs are water and other drinks, any sized clothing, baby items, over-the-counter medical supplies and non-perishable food items.
* Reed's Spring: Ackfeld Manufacturing is collecting Quilts for the victims in Joplin. If you have a quilt that you would like to donate to please take drop off/send to 360 Emerson Road, Reeds Spring, MO 65737.
* Republic: The Gamers Dojo (932 U.S. Hwy 60) is hosting a Magic tournament on Monday 5/30. Donation boxes will be set up, and there will be a small donated entry fee.
* Republic: Republic Police Department is collecting bottled water and canned goods in the Republic Walmart parking lot. Collections will be delivered by Destiny Church of Republic.
* Springfield: A collection site will be set up this afternoon at the Bistro Market. They are accepting blankets, shoes, clothing, toiletries, and nonperishable food items. They've donated their gated parking lot until Friday night so we will be there from 9am - 8pm the rest of the week. Donations will be taken to Mt. Hope Church in Webb City.
* Springfield: The Ozarks Food Harvest (2810 N. Cedarbrook Avenue, Springfield, MO 65801) is holding a Food & Fund Drive for Joplin, starting May 23 through the end of May and beyond. * Springfield: The Springfield Jaycees is hosting a toiletry drive and will be collecting items all week and delivering them to Joplin on Saturday. Items can be dropped off in the lobby at the following two locations: Jacob Krizan, Casey Real Estate (205 Park Central East in The Holland Building) and Elijah Haahr, McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips, P.A. (4650 S. National, Suite D-2)
* Springfield: Donations will be collected on June 4 at 500 West Walnut Lawn Apt. 34, Springfield, MO 65807. Items can include clothing, bedding, toys, shoes, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes and canned food.
* Springfield: Habitat for Humanity Restore is taking donations for people. Items needed: Blankets, water, nonperishable foods, medical supplies. You may deliver donations to Habitat Restore 2410 South Scenic. If you are on the North side of town - we are taking donations here at Smiling Sun and will take a truck down to Habitat. Our address is 1161 West Division - where Commercial & Division meet, just East of Kansas Expressway.
* Springfield: Mental Block Entertainment will be holding a charity rock concert at Club Fresh on May 30. Other donations, such as clothing, diapers and nonperishable goods, will also be accepted. Monetary donations will be collected at Zeal starting Thursday at 9 p.m.
* Springfield: Pellegrino's School of Art and Music (1269 E. Republic Road) is collecting diapers, formula, bottles, water, wipes, kids clothes and shoes, blankets, pillows.
* Springfield: Meek Chiropractic on E. The items will be taken to CrossBridge Church and they are taking a stock trailer (or a few) to Forest Park Church in Joplin who now has 40+ families they are hosting.
* Springfield: Sierra Moving and Delivery will be collecting donations outside of Karl's Bridal and Formal Wear (1255 W. Battlefield Road, Springfield, MO 65807) from 12 p.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday (5/24) and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Wednesday (5/25). Items to donate include: water, cash donations, snacks (nonperishable items), cereal bars, dried fruit, high nutrient bars/foods, crackers, canned foods; new shoes, clothing, blankets, diapers and basic toiletries.
* Springfield: Both Pasta Express locations (3025 W. Republic and 3250 E. Battlefield) will be holding a fundraiser on Thursday 5/26 from 4-9 p.m. 25% of sales will be donated directly to the Convoy of Hope.
* Springfield: OTC has created a central collection point for the Joplin Tornado Relief. Please bring all NEW non-perishable items to the Springfield campus at the corner of National and Chestnut Expressway where two TTI trucks will be parked. Items will be collected from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and possibly Wednesday.
* Springfield: The Giggle Box Project is accepting donations of new and gently used toys and other fun stuff for the Kids of Joplin and will be delivering them Friday, May 27th in the Giggle Bus and a crew of clowns. * Springfield: Convoy of Hope will park one of their full-sized trucks in the parking lot of Springfield's Incredible Pizza Company on South Campbell Ave. Donations of canned food and other goods will be accepted. Incredible Pizza Company will give a $5 game card to each family that brings any canned good to the Convoy of Hope truck, and will also give a free buffet to anyone who donated blood, with their donation ticket.
* Springfield: 20% of all sales between 4-9 p.m. on 5/24 at Chik-Fil-A on S. Glenstone will be donated to Joplin tornado relief.
* Springfield: The Springfield Roller Girls and Ozarks Derby Brigade will hold a food and goods drive at their Memorial Day weekend bout on Sunday, May 29. The bout will be held at Skateport (3820 S. Glenstone).
* Springfield: Buckingham's Smokehouse Bar B Q will be accepting donations at the South Campbell location.
* Springfield: There will be a Joplin tornado relief fundraiser and donation drive at The Outland Ballroom (326 South Avenue, Springfield, MO). 100% of the $5 cover will be donated to the Joplin tornado relief effort. Canned goods and bottled water donations will also be accepted. T-shirts will also be sold for $20.
* Springfield: The Kitchen is collecting personal care and hygiene items through Friday 5/27. Hours of collection are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* Springfield: Vino 100 is holding a wine tasting Friday, May 27 from 5-9 p.m. A $5 donation is requested. 10% of all sales will be donated to Convoy of Hope.
* Springfield: Mother's Brewing Company is holding a Joplin Benefit Concert on Thursday, May 26th in Mother's Backyard. $5 at the door, doors at 5pm. Speakeasy at 6pm, Ben Miller Band at 7:30pm. Show ends at 9pm. The event will be held under a big tent so show up - rain or shine. 100% of everything collected goes to the Ozarks Food Harvest efforts in Joplin.
* Springfield: Battlefield Mall will hold a benefit concert this Wednesday, May 25, at 6:30 p.m. in the JCPenney East Court. The concert will be put on by the Springfield Public Schools Orchestra teachers. All donations accepted at this event will benefit the victims of the Joplin tornado.
* Springfield: Bass Pro Shops (2500 E. Kearney, Springfield, MO 65898) is collecting canned goods 5/24-5/30 from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
* St. Charles: First Baptist Church of Wentzville (653 Luetkenhaus Blvd, Wentzville, MO) is accepting donations of diapers, baby wipes, baby formula, clothing Items for adults and children (including socks, shoes, underwear, shirts, shorts, pants, leather work gloves), personal care items (including hand towels, washclothes, hand sanitizer, shampoo, bar soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant) until 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
* St. Joseph: The Zumba Room at Mitchell Park Plaza (1300 S. 11th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64503) is holding a Zumba for a Cause class on 5/26 from 5:15-6:45 p.m. Space is limited to the first 300 people, and a $10 donation is suggested.
* St. Louis: Fan-A-Mania/ Pro Image stores In St. Louis are currently accepting donations until 9 p.m. Friday night. The stores are located at The Mills Mall, Chesterfield Mall, West County Mall, and St. Clair Square Mall. * Warrensburg: Warrensburg Walmart is accepting monetary donations to give to The Red Cross for Joplin.
* Waynesville: Pulaski County Farmer’s Market and Walker Real Estate have teamed up to help those affected by the May 22nd tornado that devastated the Joplin community. Donations may be taken to the Walker Real Estate office located at 854 Missouri Avenue in St. Robert, or brought to the Farmer’s Market this Saturday, May 28th between the hours of 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Roubidoux Park in downtown Waynesville. The following items are currently being accepted: Non-perishable food, flashlights and batteries, blankets, camping cookware, infant supplies including formula and diapers, light jackets and rain ponchos, underwear and socks, tennis shoes, sunscreen, soap, deodorant, and other hygienic products. Please note, at this time clothing items are not being collected at this drive.

* Bentonville/Springdale: SVI is organizing a supply drive for the Joplin area. They are collecting food, baby items, clothes, toiletiries and anything else needed, and plan to deliver all items on Saturday, May 28.
* Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville: Buffalo Wild Wings locations in these three cities will be holding a fundraiser on Thursday 5/26/11 from 5-9 p.m., and will be donating 10% of all food sales to the American Red Cross. They are also taking any other non perishable food and clothing items to donate to them as well.
* Eureka Springs: The Squid and Whale Pub will be collecting cash donations at the door Thursday 5/26 - Monday 5/30.

* Arnold: Rock Community Fire Protection District’s Ladies Auxiliary (3749 Telegraph Rd. Arnold, Mo, 63010) is collecting items for those devastated in the recent Joplin tornado. The items they are requesting are items such as non-perishable food, blankets, and bedding, toiletries such as soap and shampoo and toys for children. Hours for drop-off are 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Thursday May 26th.
* Ava: The Ava branch of Drury University is a designated drop-off location for food and supplies. Donations will be accepted 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through Thursday, May 26.
* Bolivar: Freshwater Church (4745 S. 131st Road., Bolivar, MO) is collecting bottled water and non-perishable food items to deliver to Joplin. Donations can be dropped off on the church porch until 10 a.m.
* Bolivar: Bolivar High School FFA is collecting bottled water and diapers. Donations can be dropped off at the high school. For more information, call 326-5228.
* Bolivar: Bolivar Schools will collect items from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday), 1-5 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Bolivar Middle School gymnasium/field house. Items requested include: bottled water, cleaning supplies, trash bags, baby supplies (formula, diapers, wipes), non-perishable food items, pet supplies, personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.), new, unopened packages of socks, underwear, and T-shirts, extension cords, and first-aid kits.
* Bolivar:Ray Becker, manager at Subway in Bolivar, announced that a portion of sales from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday would be donated to Convoy of Hope for the tornado recovery effort in Joplin. All customers who bring in a canned good will receive a free cookie as well.
* Bolivar: The Bolivar Church of Christ (401 S. Killingsworth Ave.) will be a drop-off point for anyone who would like to donate to relief efforts in the Joplin area. Items will be accepted until Tuesday, May 31. Donated items will be delivered to Joplin on Wednesday, June 1. Donations will be accepted from 1 to 4 p.m. today (Wednesday) through Saturday at the church and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Items needed include non-perishable items such as manual can openers, paper goods, crackers, peanut butter, canned goods, tuna and canned chicken, new blankets, over-the-counter medications, baby supplies, cleaning supplies and bottled water. * Lake St. Louis: Items will be collected at Coupons for Military Overseas (115 Cedar Point Place, Apt 14, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367). Items being collected include water (individual bottles, gallons and up), generators (if loaned, please have owner's contact info in permanent marker), gas cans to start generators, extension cords, first aid kits, clothing, non-perishable canned goods, toiletries, all baby items including diapers, formula (sensitive formula for colic is very important), wipes, etc.
* Lee's Summit: The Peanut in Downtown Lee's Summit will be serving as a drop site for donations to help the community of Joplin after the disaster they have endured. * Springfield: Battlefield Mall will hold a benefit concert this Wednesday, May 25, at 6:30 p.m. in the JCPenney East Court. The concert will be put on by the Springfield Public Schools Orchestra teachers. All donations accepted at this event will benefit the victims of the Joplin tornado.

* St. Louis: Fan-A-Mania/ Pro Image stores In St. Louis are currently accepting donations until 9 p.m. Friday night. * Warrensburg: Warrensburg Walmart is accepting monetary donations to give to The Red Cross for Joplin.
* Waynesville: Pulaski County Farmer’s Market and Walker Real Estate have teamed up to help those affected by the May 22nd tornado that devastated the Joplin community. Donations may be taken to the Walker Real Estate office located at 854 Missouri Avenue in St. Robert, or brought to the Farmer’s Market this Saturday, May 28th between the hours of 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Roubidoux Park in downtown Waynesville. The following items are currently being accepted: Non-perishable food, flashlights and batteries, blankets, camping cookware, infant supplies including formula and diapers, light jackets and rain ponchos, underwear and socks, tennis shoes, sunscreen, soap, deodorant, and other hygienic products. Please note, at this time clothing items are not being collected at this drive.

Donations can be brought today (5/23) until 8:30 pm, and from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. tomorrow (5/24). Items needed include: blankets, water, Gatorade, gloves, trash bags, easy open food, formula, diapers, towels, hygiene items, cash, dog food, cat food, baby food, snacks, paper towels and paper plates, duct tape, antibacterial gels and toilet paper.
* Bentonville: Donations are being collected at St Stephens Church (1300 NE J Street, Bentonville). Please drop off items from 8 am – 7 pm – or call Tracy Deleon at 479-366-9993 for pickup.
* Bentonville/Springdale: SVI is organizing a supply drive for the Joplin area. They are collecting food, baby items, clothes, toiletiries and anything else needed, and plan to deliver all items on Saturday, May 28.
* Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville: Buffalo Wild Wings locations in these three cities will be holding a fundraiser on Thursday 5/26/11 from 5-9 p.m., and will be donating 10% of all food sales to the American Red Cross. They are also taking any other non perishable food and clothing items to donate to them as well.
* Eureka Springs: The Squid and Whale Pub will be collecting cash donations at the door Thursday 5/26 - Monday 5/30.
* Gravette: Northwest Arkansas Christian Center of Gravette (400 W Highway 72, Gravette, AR 72736) is a drop off location for donations to aid in the relief efforts in Joplin. * Arnold: Rock Community Fire Protection District’s Ladies Auxiliary (3749 Telegraph Rd. Arnold, Mo, 63010) is collecting items for those devastated in the recent Joplin tornado. The items they are requesting are items such as non-perishable food, blankets, and bedding, toiletries such as soap and shampoo and toys for children. Hours for drop-off are 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Thursday May 26th.
* Ava: The Ava branch of Drury University is a designated drop-off location for food and supplies. Donations will be accepted 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through Thursday, May 26.
* Bolivar: Freshwater Church (4745 S. 131st Road., Bolivar, MO) is collecting bottled water and non-perishable food items to deliver to Joplin. Donations can be dropped off on the church porch until 10 a.m.
* Bolivar: Bolivar High School FFA is collecting bottled water and diapers. Donations can be dropped off at the high school. For more information, call 326-5228.
* Bolivar: Bolivar Schools will collect items from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday), 1-5 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Bolivar Middle School gymnasium/field house. Items requested include: bottled water, cleaning supplies, trash bags, baby supplies (formula, diapers, wipes), non-perishable food items, pet supplies, personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.), new, unopened packages of socks, underwear, and T-shirts, extension cords, and first-aid kits.
* Bolivar:Ray Becker, manager at Subway in Bolivar, announced that a portion of sales from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday would be donated to Convoy of Hope for the tornado recovery effort in Joplin. All customers who bring in a canned good will receive a free cookie as well.
* Bolivar: The Bolivar Church of Christ (401 S. Killingsworth Ave.) will be a drop-off point for anyone who would like to donate to relief efforts in the Joplin area. Items will be accepted until Tuesday, May 31. Donated items will be delivered to Joplin on Wednesday, June 1. Donations will be accepted from 1 to 4 p.m. today (Wednesday) through Saturday at the church and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Items needed include non-perishable items such as manual can openers, paper goods, crackers, peanut butter, canned goods, tuna and canned chicken, new blankets, over-the-counter medications, baby supplies, cleaning supplies and bottled water. The list of items includes toiletries, canned food, water, towels, blankets, formula, diapers, wipes, and clothing. Items may be dropped off any at school building in the district or the Chamber of Commerce office. School building drop-off hours are 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at Cass Career Center, Harrisonville High School, and Harrisonville Middle School and 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at McEowen Elementary School, Harrisonville Elementary School, and Harrisonville Early Childhood Center. * Lee's Summit: The Peanut in Downtown Lee's Summit will be serving as a drop site for donations to help the community of Joplin after the disaster they have endured. * Parkville/Kansas City: Northland Auto Body and Tow (64th and Chattham off 29 Hwy) is collecting blankets, bottled water, toiletries, canned goods, radios, tarps, flash lights, batteries and clothing. Drop off times are May 23 3-5pm and May 24-27 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

* West Plains: A lemonade stand is set up at West Plains Electric Supply (1015-A Preacher Roe Blvd., West Plains, MO 65775) for the rest of the week, rain or shine. Hot dogs will be provided for lunch May 25-27 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. All money raised will go to Convoy of Hope.
* West Plains: D'Z Consignment (911 W. Broadway, West Plains, MO 65775) is accepting donations for Joplin tornado relief.
* Willard: The Willard Care Center will be accepting donations all week at 400 Walnut Lane, Willard, MO 65781 all week long.
ARKANSAS
* Bella Vista: Bella Vista Christian (103 Riordan Road, Bella Vista 72714) is teaming up with college and churches in Joplin. Donations can be brought today (5/23) until 8:30 pm, and from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. tomorrow (5/24). Items needed include: blankets, water, Gatorade, gloves, trash bags, easy open food, formula, diapers, towels, hygiene items, cash, dog food, cat food, baby food, snacks, paper towels and paper plates, duct tape, antibacterial gels and toilet paper.
* Bentonville: Donations are being collected at St Stephens Church (1300 NE J Street, Bentonville). Please drop off items from 8 am – 7 pm – or call Tracy Deleon at 479-366-9993 for pickup.
* Bentonville/Springdale: SVI is organizing a supply drive for the Joplin area. They are collecting food, baby items, clothes, toiletiries and anything else needed, and plan to deliver all items on Saturday, May 28.
* Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville: Buffalo Wild Wings locations in these three cities will be holding a fundraiser on Thursday 5/26/11 from 5-9 p.m., and will be donating 10% of all food sales to the American Red Cross. They are also taking any other non perishable food and clothing items to donate to them as well.
* Eureka Springs: The Squid and Whale Pub will be collecting cash donations at the door Thursday 5/26 - Monday 5/30.
* Gravette: Northwest Arkansas Christian Center of Gravette (400 W Highway 72, Gravette, AR 72736) is a drop off location for donations to aid in the relief efforts in Joplin. Bottled Water, Toiletries, Packaged Snacks, Wipes & Hand Sanitizer, Diapers, Tarps, Flashlights, Batteries, Storage Containers, Work Gloves, Linens & Pillows, Toilet Paper, Sleeping Bags, Wash Cloths...these are the things needed right now. MISSOURI
* Columbia: Heart of Missouri United Way is sponsoring a United for Joplin fundraising event Thursday, May 26 at the Museao Building (3500 Buttonwood Drive, Columbia, MO 65201)
* Arnold: Rock Community Fire Protection District’s Ladies Auxiliary (3749 Telegraph Rd. Arnold, Mo, 63010) is collecting items for those devastated in the recent Joplin tornado. The items they are requesting are items such as non-perishable food, blankets, and bedding, toiletries such as soap and shampoo and toys for children. Hours for drop-off are 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Thursday May 26th.
* Ava: The Ava branch of Drury University is a designated drop-off location for food and supplies. Donations will be accepted 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through Thursday, May 26.
* Bolivar: Freshwater Church (4745 S. 131st Road., Bolivar, MO) is collecting bottled water and non-perishable food items to deliver to Joplin. Donations can be dropped off on the church porch until 10 a.m.
* Bolivar: Bolivar High School FFA is collecting bottled water and diapers. Donations can be dropped off at the high school. For more information, call 326-5228.
* Bolivar: Bolivar Schools will collect items from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday), 1-5 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Bolivar Middle School gymnasium/field house. Items requested include: bottled water, cleaning supplies, trash bags, baby supplies (formula, diapers, wipes), non-perishable food items, pet supplies, personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.), new, unopened packages of socks, underwear, and T-shirts, extension cords, and first-aid kits.
* Bolivar:Ray Becker, manager at Subway in Bolivar, announced that a portion of sales from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday would be donated to Convoy of Hope for the tornado recovery effort in Joplin. All customers who bring in a canned good will receive a free cookie as well.
* Bolivar: The Bolivar Church of Christ (401 S. Killingsworth Ave.) will be a drop-off point for anyone who would like to donate to relief efforts in the Joplin area. Items will be accepted until Tuesday, May 31. Donated items will be delivered to Joplin on Wednesday, June 1. Donations will be accepted from 1 to 4 p.m. today (Wednesday) through Saturday at the church and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Items needed include non-perishable items such as manual can openers, paper goods, crackers, peanut butter, canned goods, tuna and canned chicken, new blankets, over-the-counter medications, baby supplies, cleaning supplies and bottled water. * Branson: Simply Red Salonspa will be accepting all donations for the Joplin Tornado Relief effort and in turn offering each person that donates (whether it be financially or by bringing in needed items) a discount on their next service.
* Buffalo: Buffalo Community Farmers Market will be collecting donations to take to Joplin this Tuesday (5/24/2011) and next Tuesday (5/31/2011) in the Pet Center (Hunte) parking lot during farmers market hours (2-6 p.m.).
* Camdenton: The Children's Learning Center (located behind the Taco Bell) will be accepting new or gently used children and adult clothing, unopened underwear & socks, baby items, household linens, toiletries, toys, school supplies, etc.
* Carthage: Innovative Industries, Inc. (421 W Centennial, Carthage, MO) is collecting clothes, soap, diapers, formula, tooth paste & brushes, blankets, etc Items can be dropped off 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. all week, and will be delivered as needed.
* Cassville: Donations are being collected at the First Christian Church (905 Old Exeter Road) tomorrow (5/24) from 6:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. taking donations.
* Chadwick: Chadwick FFA is collecting blankets, gently used clothing, hygiene products (shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, etc.), sandwich bags, canned food (pop-top preferably), bottled water, diapers, peanut butter, individually packaged snack foods, pet food, razors, socks, underwear, baby food/formula, any baby supplies, washcloths, towels, flashlights, batteries, tarps and leather work gloves. Items can be dropped off at the Chadwick Ag Department or at Kay's Country Store.
* Clever: Donations are being accepted at Tippie's Pizza.
* Columbia: Check Please (1301 Vandiver Square Ste B, Columbia, MO) is a drop off/collection point for the Joplin Tornado Relief. Please feel free to drop off water, non-perishable foods, blankets, clothes, hygiene items, and any other supplies that might be needed. Open 9-5:30 Mon-Fri; 10-1 on Saturday.
* Columbia: MEM is having a blood drive on Thursday, May 26 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.
* Columbia: All profits from "Too Epic for Facebook" at the Berlin Theater (220 N. 10th St.) on Saturday, May 28 will be donated to the Red Cross of Joplin.
* Columbia: The Callaway Bank will be collecting clothing donations at their Columbia locations for Joplin tornado relief.

* Columbia: D'Rowe's is partnering with The Food Bank For Central & Northeast Missouri to collect hygiene items and bottled water for the victims of Sunday's tornado. Items will be collected from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, May 28 in the D'Rowe's parking lot.
* Columbia: VA Mortgage Center is collecting donations at its main office on Chapel Hill.
* Columbia: The Center for Family Policy & Research (1400 Rock Quarry Road, Entrance 6) is collecting infant formula, diapers and wipes, baby bottles, sippy cups, food for infants and toddlers, stuffed animals, children's books, baby/toddler/preschool clothess and toys, bottled water, crib sheets and blankets, latex gloves, paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils. * Columbia: Blue Ridge Christian Church in Columbia is asking for and accepting donations for the people of Joplin. Their biggest need is bottled water, fruit, baby formula, breakfast bars and basic toiletries. The first of many deliveries will be Thursday (5/26) at 9 a.m.
* Columbia: Operation Give: COMO Cares will be collecting for the Salvation Army of Joplin at the Sears Parking Lot at the Columbia Mall on 5/28 from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Items to donate include bottled water, toiletries, new clothes, new blankets, diapers, formula, hand sanitizer and wipes.

* Bentonville/Springdale: SVI is organizing a supply drive for the Joplin area. They are collecting food, baby items, clothes, toiletiries and anything else needed, and plan to deliver all items on Saturday, May 28.
* Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville: Buffalo Wild Wings locations in these three cities will be holding a fundraiser on Thursday 5/26/11 from 5-9 p.m., and will be donating 10% of all food sales to the American Red Cross. They are also taking any other non perishable food and clothing items to donate to them as well.
* Eureka Springs: The Squid and Whale Pub will be collecting cash donations at the door Thursday 5/26 - Monday 5/30.
* Gravette: Northwest Arkansas Christian Center of Gravette (400 W Highway 72, Gravette, AR 72736) is a drop off location for donations to aid in the relief efforts in Joplin. Bottled Water, Toiletries, Packaged Snacks, Wipes & Hand Sanitizer, Diapers, Tarps, Flashlights, Batteries, Storage Containers, Work Gloves, Linens & Pillows, Toilet Paper, Sleeping Bags, Wash Cloths...these are the things needed right now. * Harrison: The Catfish Wharf will be donating 10% of this week's proceeds to Joplin Tornado Recovery.
* Jonesboro: Christian Valley Christian Church will be delivering supplies to Joplin on Thursday morning. Donations can include water, blankets, diapers, tarps, first aid kits, etc. Please bring donations to Christian Valley Christian Church by Wednesday night. Hours are Tuesday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
* Paragould: Learn To Use Coupons & J& C Express Moving & Delivery, will be accepting donations for Joplin, MO tornado victims. Donation drop-off is at Mattress Plus (2403 Linwood Dr, Paragould, AR 72450).
* Rogers: Wood Specialty Products (1201 N Dixieland Rd, Rogers, AR 72756) is accepting donations to be taken to Joplin this week. Donations will be accepted 8-4 all week.
* Rogers: Donations are being accepted at Ruth's Chris Steak House (3529 Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Rogers, AR 72758). A $25 gift card to those who donate as an added incentive/thank you.
* Russellville: The Journey Church (3001 East H Street, Russellville, AR 72802) is taking donations of water, blankets, toiletries, clothes, flip flops. Things can be dropped off Monday and Tuesday till 4:30. Trucks headed out each evening.

The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch).

* Independence: A donation drop-off point will be located at the Walmart on Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

* Neodesha: Bly's Liquor store on 9th and Main St. will be collecting donations for Joplin tornado relief.
* Pittsburg: PAYP has a drop off collection point for donations to Joplin Tornado Relief at the north end of the Meadowbrook Mall between Cafe Del Rio and The Mall Deli. PAYP is also accepting donations at the Lunch and Learn tomorrow at the PSU Alumni Center. * Bartlesville: Familes of Bartlesville, Oklahoma are holding a fundraiser garage sale to raise money for the families in Joplin Friday May 27th from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday May 28th 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at The First Assembly of God (900 S. Dewey Avenue, Bartlesville, OK 74003-4933)
* Broken Arrow: The First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow - Student Center (100 W. Albany, Broken Arrow, OK) is open today (Monday) until 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. Trucks will be sent to Joplin to deliver the items Tuesday morning and again Wednesday morning. We are collecting items including the following: bottled water, gloves, hand sanitizer, towels, packaged snacks (energy bars, crackers, etc), Handiwipes towelettes, diapers, baby formula and food, ball caps, insect repellent, sunglasses, socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, sunscreen/lip balm, feminine hygiene products, plastic bags, toilet paper, paper towels, pet food, pens and paper, flashlights & batteries, pain reliever/fever reducers (for children - liquid or chewable), and first aid supplies.
* Dewey and Bartlesville: Armstrong Bank (525 N. Osage, Dewey, OK; 3651 SE Nowata Rd., Bartlesville, OK) is a tornado relief drop-off point. Looking for water, food, clothing, money, dog food, flashlights, batteries, blankets, personal hygiene items, first aid supplies, shoes and anything else that can be donated.
