We welcome you to Kory's Helping Hands, a new volunteer-driven organization that provides services for foster children of all ages by collecting donations to assist and support their mental well being and comfort.
We are currently in need of generous individuals and businesses who can donate their time, money, goods and/or services to help us to grow and improve our mission to help our most needy children of our foster care in Georgia.

Even the best foster parents, with stable homes and adequate personal and financial resources, are hard-pressed to meet all the needs of a child whose world has been turned upside down by the realities of child abuse and neglect. The state covers a mere 60% of the costs of basic care, leaving foster parents to face a chronic gap. With your support, Kory's Helping Hands can provide foster children with the little things that can make a big difference and help we strive to help foster kids beat the odds.
Many foster children need school supplies, shoes, clothes, or even toys. Suitcases or bags of any kind are often needed. Did you know that many children go from home to home with their belongings in trash bags? Kory's Helping Hands is reaching out to the community for assistance with donation drives through volunteers and/or corporate sponsors.
We are looking for caring, compassionate community members with a day, a week, a month, a year, or a lifetime to help make Georgia communities the best they can be. Not all families are able to provide permanent homes for children unable to live with their birth parents. If you are one of them, there are still ways that you can help. Maybe your opportunity to improve your community lies in the potential of just one child. Check out these ways to get engaged in your community:
